In this show we are talking to Deborah Thomas-Nininger, who is a soft skills trainer with over 30 years of experience. What are soft skills? Some would call them people skills and some would call them etiquette – knowing what to do in situations with other people around. She’s worked with Coca-Cola, Harvard University and loads of other big name brands and was the organiser for the international etiquette training for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
