So returning after a break with a bang! We have the great comedian Dave Cohen as the guest this week. One of the comedians involved in the alternative comedy movement in the 1980s, he was a founder of the Comedy Store Players with Mike Myers and Paul Merton. He has written for top TV and radio comedy shows, including Have I Got News For You, Not Going Out, My Family and Spitting Image. He has also won BAFTAs for his lyrics to songs for the Horrible Histories series. Recently he’s released his new book, The Complete Comedy Writer, which has received rave reviews as it helps writers to improve their comedy writing.
