I’ve recently discovered (post-recording the video) that’s there’s also a Canadian option:

I knew there used to be a Toronto option (now ceased) but I didn’t check Halifax! This presents an interesting connection option for Canadians and some cities from the United States though you will need to clear Canadian customs – though this is usually a lot less time-consuming than US customs.
